Today our team leverages these and many other project experiences to help our local public agency clients solve problems. At the end of the day, public works exists to keep society going - and we wake up everyday to play our part, no matter how big or small."

400 residential relocations, 10 business relocations, a well-organized property owner opposition to this $1 billion project, and preparation for a massive FAA audit, brought lessons in organizational management and political sensitivity!

N. Burien Phases 1, 2

PORT OF SEATTLE (2006-2008)

Dozens of full acquisitions and many more highly complex residential relocations, this project was the first exposure to assisting residents in extreme poverty, language barriers and exceedingly limited replacement property options.
