The true nature of advisory and the role of the consultant has been lost in many sectors of today's business culture (we've been guilty of it too).  Coming back to the basics, we're reminded that the original latin word for consultant is "consultare", meaning, "to deliberate or consider, to reflect upon." We're searching for such deliberators.  Men and women possessing that spirit of helpfulness and responsiveness, that want to hone their craft, that continually desire to evolve into a useful, pragmatic and intellectual leader in their craft. To be the kind of professional others lean on to make important, well-deliberated, well-considered decisions.  Because today's public agencies face many challenges and they need true consultants again (and perhaps even some that  know a bit of latin!).  We look forward to hearing what you've learned in your own career along the way!
